Abstract

We review the 1D KPZ class of stochastic growth One time observables are by now well characterized but multi time correlations are still mostly an open problem Using replica Bethe ansatz methods we obtain analytically the two time correlations in several limits The predictions are found in excellent agreement with experiments An interesting memory effect is found and quantified when the growth occurs in an expanding geometry Based on the 3 papers bf Tail of the two time height distribution for KPZ growth in one dimension Jacopo de Nardis Pierre Le Doussal arXiv:1612 08695 J Stat Mech : Theor and Exp bf 5 053212 2017 bf Memory and universality in interface growth Jacopo De Nardis Pierre Le Doussal Kazumasa A Takeuchi arXiv:1611 04756 Phys Rev Lett 118 125701 2017 bf Maximum of an Airy process plus Brownian motion and memory in KPZ growth Pierre Le Doussal arXiv:1709 06264 Phys Rev E 96 060101 2017
