Abstract

The lecture will survey new techniques for remote detection of pollutants by spectral sensing for a various applications of environmental sensing The main topics that will be presented are: b Hyperspectral sensing in the Long wave IR: Detection of gaseous and aerosols plumes by hyperspectral imaging in the LWIR band b signal formation detection algorithm experimental results quantification Detection from both ground and air b Active sensing of aerosols by lase
