Abstract: Quantum gravity has never been tested in a laboratory. I will provide criteria for testing the quantum fluctuation of a graviton in a laboratory by colliding non-relativistically two Schrödinger’s kittens and study how the final states would be entangled in this process. Realising such an experiment will be filled with challenges, and I will motivate the community why doing such an experiment is necessary for our understanding of both the foundations of quantum mechanics and gravity.
