Research
My research is focused on String Theory, Supergravity and their applications to particle physics and cosmology. My past work has concentrated on the study of string and supergravity effective models characterized by different mechanisms of supersymmetry breaking. At present, my research concerns the realisation of the scale separation paradigm in string compactifications and the study of the conditions that distinguish low-energy theories which do complete into quantum gravity at high scales from those which do not, in the context of the so called Swampland Program.
