Abstract
How does the genome fold up inside the nucleus Understanding the three dimensional structure of the genome has been a long standing goal in biology of both scientific and medical importance yet there remain many open questions One recently developed experimental technique Hi C has advanced our understanding of how the genome folds by measuring the spatial proximity between different elements in a high throughput fashion using proximity ligation In this talk I will describe very recent results in our efforts to map at unprecedented resolution
