Abstract
We will present a general introduction about the symmetries of QCD going then into a discussion of the thermal and density behavior of hadrons For this purpose we will comment on the main aspects of Quantum Field Theory at finite temperature presenting also the formalism of QCD Sum Rules Different cases will be discussed as the light light or heavy light quark sector discussing also the quite peculiar behavior of charmonium states
