Abstract
Introductory overviews of finite geometry and mutually unbiased bases MUB are presented Noted in particular is the analogy between the finite dimensional f d geometrical points lines interrelation and the states bases interrelations within f d Hilbert space Finite dimensional f d phase space formulation of QM is deduced by natural underpinning of MUB with f d geometry In particular f d Wigner function is gotten directly in this fashion Time permitting the afore mentioned natural underpinning is used
