Supersymmetry is a beautiful theoretical idea. It "rotates" fermions into
bosons and vice versa. I'll describe the basics of supersymmetry, and explain
how it might solve some of the most fundamental puzzles in physics, including
the origin of the weak scale and the identity of dark matter. If supersymmetry
is indeed realized in Nature, it should be discovered at the Large Hadron
Collider (LHC) at CERN. I'll outline different possible manifestations of
supersymmetry at the LHC and how it could be discovered.
